Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded at a distance without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may also withdraw at any time before that – immediately after placing your order, even before the goods are delivered.

To withdraw from the contract, please fill in and submit this form. We will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail.

You can also send your withdrawal by e-mail to info@venoom.com or in writing to the operator's address. Please send the goods back no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. You can find more information in our Terms and conditions and on the Returns page.
