We do not guarantee that all the items available at the venoom.com web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. VENOOM cannot warrant that the content of venoom.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. VENOOM may at any time change the content of the site. Though VENOOM strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Part of the services mediated through venoom.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where VENOOM act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. VENOOM cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. VENOOM cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.

Shopping directly at venoom.com is a convenient service for our customers. We’re open 24/7 for you to find your favorite items. The full line from every collection will be made available as soon as they arrive at VENOOM. When you receive your package you can try your gear in the privacy of your own home and we have a 14-day return period if you need to send something back for a full refund. We operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (working days) and not on public holidays.

VIOLATION OF RULES
VENOOM reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
In case of Force Majeure, VENOOM obligations are suspended. The contract between you and VENOOM can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by VENOOM. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, UFO`s, natural disasters or similar events. VENOOM will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
All transactions on venoom.com are processed using Stripe, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. VENOOM makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by VENOOM. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.
We will also issue an invoice for payment through a bank account.
ORDER PROCESS & CONFIRMATION
All orders are processed within two business days at VENOOM warehouse in CZ in Europe. Shipping takes between 2 and 9 working days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For US orders shipping to UT and CO you will see a sales tax on their order. This will reflect during checkout. Orders going to Canada are subject to taxes depending on where they're headed to, however, all duties are included in the cost of the goods.
For orders to the European Union (EU) Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, prices include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.
COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
VENOOM delivers within select countries in Europe (see list of countries below) and to North America (USA and Canada). Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.
EU orders are shipped with GLS and DPD. North American orders are shipped with UPS and DHL. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers usually operate between 08.00-17.00 (8am-5pm) business days.
Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

VENOOM ONLINE STORE RETURN PROCESS
To return an item you must contact us within 14 days from the date your package arrives. VENOOM is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier and obtain and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed. Returns must be in new condition and include all original tags product packaging. The Manufacturer’s packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Items bought at venoom.com cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT GETTING A RETURN FORM.
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds are credited back to the paypal account. Refunds are issued as soon as VENOOM has fully processed the return and received the returned goods. This can take up to 10 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING METHODS -
Please use the shipping method of your choice to return your package back to VENOOM. Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In cases where VENOOM has shipped an incorrect item, VENOOM will provide a call tag. Please contact VENOOM at email@example.com.

Information for buyers: in case of change in business conditions, business conditions, which were in force at the date of purchase, are valid.
